Where do you ship?
We ship across British Columbia and Alberta, with free pickup in West Kelowna. For an address outside these provinces, contact us before ordering to ask about delivery options.
How much does a court cost?
A 30 × 30 ft basketball half-court kit costs $3,150 CAD. Loose tiles cost $3.25 each with a 100-tile minimum per colour. Shipping is extra; local pickup is free.
How do the tiles install?
The tiles snap together without glue over a suitable existing concrete or asphalt surface. Check the base before you start: it needs to be firm, even and able to drain. Preparation and court size affect installation time.
What are the tiles made of?
The tiles are made from UV-stable polypropylene. Their open surface lets water pass through to the base below. Let the surface dry and check its condition before playing.
Can I see a colour before I order?
Yes. Order a single sample tile for $15 with shipping included, so you can check the colour in your own space first.
Do you make pickleball and multi-sport courts?
Yes. We have two pickleball courts available now: one blue with a grey kitchen and one blue with a light-blue kitchen. We can also make courts to order with extra tile around the playing area, or plan a multi-sport layout. Send us your dimensions for a price and current lead times.
What is your return policy?
Unused individual tiles in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. You pay return shipping, and original shipping is not refunded. Court kits can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of ordering and are non-refundable once shipped. See our terms for the full conditions.
