A 30 × 30 ft backyard court needs 900 tiles. At $3.25 CAD each, loose tiles cost $2,925. A marked basketball court kit costs $3,150. Both include edging in one colour; delivery is extra, or you can pick up free in West Kelowna.
Choose a size for your space
Measure the usable hard surface before choosing a layout. Leave space for edging, equipment and movement beyond the playing lines. These examples show tile coverage and loose-tile prices, not the full cost of building a court:
- 10 × 10 ft: 100 tiles, $325.
- 20 × 20 ft: 400 tiles, $1,300.
- 25 × 25 ft: 625 tiles, $2,031.25.
- 30 × 30 ft: 900 tiles, $2,925.
A 30 × 30 ft backyard layout is smaller than a regulation basketball half-court. Check which markings fit your chosen size. Parts of a three-point arc may extend beyond a smaller layout.
Pickleball court sizes
We have two pickleball courts available now: one blue with a grey kitchen and one blue with a light-blue kitchen. The marked playing area is 20 × 44 ft, with additional space needed beyond the lines.
We can also make courts to order with more tile around the outside. Send us your usable dimensions for a layout and price, or ask about the courts in stock.
Court kit or loose tiles?
The basketball kits cost $3,150 CAD and include a painted key, three-point markings and edging. Designs 1 and 2 are 30 × 30 ft courts in blue and grey combinations. Designs 3 and 4 are 26 × 28 ft logo courts on pre-order. Ask us for current delivery timing before placing a pre-order.
For a 30 × 30 ft layout, the kit costs $225 more than 900 loose tiles. The painted markings are the main difference in what you receive; edging is included with both.
Loose tiles cost $3.25 each in Red, Blue, Dark Grey or Light Grey, with a minimum of 100 tiles per colour. For example, 50 red and 50 blue tiles do not meet the loose-tile minimum.

We ship to British Columbia and Alberta. Pickup in West Kelowna is free.

Your cart calculates shipping for the whole order, including mixed orders. A sample tile costs $15 with shipping included. Contact us before ordering if your address is outside BC or Alberta.
Other costs to plan for
Tile prices do not cover preparing a base, installing a hoop or net, or adding other equipment. If you already have a suitable concrete pad or paved driveway, check its condition before ordering. If you need a new base, get a separate price for that work.
Edging in one colour is included with tiles and kits. Extra or mixed-colour edging costs $10 per pack of 10 strips and two corner pieces, with one colour per pack. Loose-tile orders need game-line painting separately if you want markings.

For pickleball or a multi-sport layout, tell us your dimensions and which games you want to play. A 20 × 44 ft pickleball marked area needs additional space around it; that measurement alone is not the full surface to budget for.
